PerSeption Concepts Brown Circle Patterned Women's Top

PerSeption Concepts brown circle patterned women's top in good used condition. No rips, tears, holes or stains. There is some pleating around the neckline to give some interest and definition as well as a solid brown modesty panel. Both the size and care tags have been cut out of the top so please check measurements before purchasing. Sleeves from shoulder seam to bottom of the cuffs are approximately 4". From the shoulder seam at the collar to the bottom hem is approximately 23 1/4". Bust is approximately 16" just for the front measurement.
