Up for auction is a ladies size extra large blouse from PERSEPTION CONCEPT. The top is red, black, and white with short sleeves and a cut out at the chest. The content tag was removed, but the material feels like a stretchy polyester. The top measures 19.5 inches across the front of the chest, armpit to armpit, and 29.5 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the blouse. it is slightly longer in the back than the front.
