So cute for little girls during the holidays! Simple tulle knotted over elastic. Have two: - Size 1-3/Age 2 (My younger daughter wore it when very petite 3 1/2 year old) - Sizes 3-5/Age 4 (My older daughter wore it when somewhat petite 5 year old) Like new, worn twice each.
