Peplum Top by Mossimo Size S P (Petite)

Adorable top., looks good with jeans or for work. Worn 2-3x. The 4th pic shows that I cut the inside collar lining to prevent it from bulging at the neckline and it solved the bulging problem! Looks way better in person. Cream & Black.
