Peplum Ruffle Neck Tank

This is a peplum tank from a small boutique called September & Co. I love it - it’s so beautiful but I am 5’1 with a short torso and this tank is more suitable for someone with a longer torso as it hits me below my hips. it’s new, with tags, size small. White & black.
