Pennywise It Movie Horror Halloween Decor Vase

Pre-owned upcycled glass vase from I believe Libby Glass that was spray painted bright red & decorated on 1 side with an image of the newer Pennywise & otherside a decal ofa white balloon with "We all float down here", Pennywise ribbon from original film is around the top. There are a few scratches and areas of uneven paint I showed in photos. No chips to actual glass.
