@kaaaydeee hi! I hope I measured correctly… chest across is 21”, 25” shoulder to cuff and neck across is 8.5”. My husband is 5’11”, 170 lbs and wears a medium. This jackets is not a loose fit but plenty of room to wear over a heavy sweater or hoodie
