Penelope Wedding Gown

Has been taken in or tailored in the bodice to a 00 and hemmed just a few inches, I’m 5’5” for reference and wore 3” heels. There is a small tear under the main skirt that’s not visible/can be repaired or hemmed off depending on your height. I paid $1895 before tax and alterations.
