Penelope Chilvers Long Tassle Suede Knee-High Boots, Size 38

Photos don’t do justice to these stunning Long Tassle boots from Penelope Chilvers. They are beautiful and barely worn (just inside to try) because they didn’t fit. They are made of Spanish leather and are size 38, which is a U.S. size 7. They come with their dust bag, but the ribbon has been pulled too far to one side (courtesy of my toddler) and I haven’t tried to pull it back through.
