Pre-owned Pendleton silk flare, circle skirt. Possibly vintage. Lined. Blue and white geometric design, ribbon waistband, zip and hook closure . All measurements taken with garment laying flat Size 12 Waist 17 in Hips 25 in. Length 25 in. Material content in photos Small brown mark on front as shown in photos .
