Pendleton plaid one button grey blue blazer jacket

Gorgeous Pendleton plaid blazer or jacket. Lined on the inside, one button closure at the neck. Gorgeous unique plaid perfect as a layering piece for fall winter or wear to work or open casually with a pair of jeans This jacket says size 16 petite. I am a medium size 6 and it fits me perfectly. It seems very small for a ladies 16. However, I don't think girls comes in petite so I'm going to say this is a ladies. Please ask questions if this is confusing.
