Pendleton Wool Skirt MacDuff Tartan Vintage Size 20W

Vintage wool Pendleton skirt and the tartan colors are from clan MacDuff. Red, green, navy and cream. This is listed as a size 20w, but please note the measurements, as I think it measures to better fit a modern 16. Please consult the measurements of a skirt that fits you best to compare. Waist is 19 inches and hips are 23.5 inches. One tiny hole in the wool on the front (see where I am pointing).
