I love wearing these 100% wool Pendleton shirts as an outer layer in the Fall. Unfortunately, Mediums no longer fit. I'm 6'2 215lb with a 46" chest. So I'd say this definitely fits like a traditional Medium. Measurements are in the photos. No rips, holes, smells, or stains.
