Pendleton Size 14 Pencil Skirt Wool Made in USA Lined Vintage There is a mark on the inside tag. The size tag is missing. I was able to size the skirt by comparing the measurements to other Pendleton skirts in this style. There are also two small snags on the bottom edge of the skirt, no lifted threads. See pictures.
