What are the measurements laid flat, please? Bust, shoulder seam to seam, sleeve to shoulder, back of collar to hem?

Bust - 18.5 in
Shoulder seam to seam - 17 in
Sleeve to shoulder 25 in
Bottom Seam of collar to bottom of coat 36 inches (to the top of the collar is 40 inches)
