This amazing EUC floral sheath dress by Pendleton is called “out of the blue”. It is made of 100% silk. The front features a solid sheath with darts running to the fitted waist. It has short inset sleeves. The floral cobalt blue combined with a lighter blue, gray, white and black. The back features darted seams also fitted waist, featuring an invisible zipper and a jewel neckline and a flirty hem. Rough measurements AP to AP is 21” Waist is 17” Hip is 22” Length is 42” from center back to hem.
