Item is pre owned. Nice condition with minimal signs of wear. Only notable flaw is down near the hem by the left side seam. A couple threadbare spots with a .25” size hole. No stains or other flaws I can find. Please refer to photos.

The last coat I bought online had a lot moth holes which weren’t mentioned. Is the small hole part of the threadbare spots or could it be a moth hole?
