Pendelfin Family Circle Herald rabbit figurine founder member made in England

This is a collectible Pendelfin Family Circle Founder Member Herald rabbit figurine, made in England with Reg.Des.No. 2021176. The piece holds a horn and a scroll, has a feather in his cap and wears a teal outfit. The rabbit is tan and light brown with faint pink inside his ears. The bottom has green felt and its original Pendelfin sticker. The piece stands 3 7/8 inches tall. Very good pre-owned condition.
