cmholder Could you please advise the hip measurement (side to side). I am trying to figure out if the large is too big for me or not. Does this fit true to size or could a med-large wear this? I wear a med or large but I don’t want it to be too big down the sides). I want it to fit right so I can wear an oversized shirt over.

jpoj11953 remember this is a size large...by inc..19 inches across the hips. (34%cotton,28% poly,21%modal? 14%lyocell? and 3%spandex) if you have a small waist the skirt will be too big in my opinion. My hips would offset the waist. it has not zipper to it ..you pull the skirt up.
