This is an adorable, one-piece swimsuit in a halter style with a surplice V-neck in EUC. The navy and teal stripes are vibrant, with no sign of previous wear. The Penbrooke label is nowhere on the suit, but I have matched the numbers up with other Penbrooke suits that are exactly the same. The swimsuit is very slenderizing and has great tummy control.
