Pelikan Technos Technical Pen Kit Vintage German Made Atomic Mid-Century

Calling all certified pen people. I know very little about it or what its current state is. Grandpa died and it was in his stuff- It appears as if it’s been used, however there are 3 things of ink so it could clearly be used some more I imagine. It wont be used by me but hopefully it will be used by you. If not would be a great decor piece or prop in an office.
