Pelikan Pen

Very rare Pelikan Souveran rollerball pen is from 2005-2006. The silver stripes on the barrel are unique and very hard to find. It also has one accent stripe on the cap and end and most Pelikan's have two. Great pen to add to a collection since its different than most. Small scratches, nothing major. May need a new ink insert.
