Peggy Karr Fused Art Glass Rose of Sharon 11”Round Plate Tray Signed

Handmade in the USA by Peggy Karr Glass, this collectible fused art glass plate is beautiful and practical - perfect for entertaining and as a stand-alone piece of art. The ‘Rose of Sharon’ floral design in white, green, blue and coral colors is crafted by using a series of complex stencils. Powdered enamel pigments are hand-applied between two layers of recycled glass and kiln-fired at over 1,500-Degrees Fahrenheit. The process fuses the glass and pigments together, permanently sealing in the design. The result is a beautiful, durable, food-safe serving piece. Every piece of Peggy Karr glass is signed by Peggy Karr Studio. Due to their hand-crafted nature, each piece has a unique character of bubbles and surface texture and may vary slightly in size. This plate measures approximately 11-1/4” round. The glass is not tempered and therefore not for oven use. Avoid contact with extremely hot food.
