Plays speed 33 RPM As seen in the photos there are creases, dips/dimples in the vinyl however, after listening to it those flaws do not make the vinyl skip. Instead, what it more sounds like is a bit of a bump/thump. The songs play through without skipping. Due to the nature of the flimsy vinyl and possibly the overall recording there is some of that scratching static in the background There is no sleeve or jacket however, it will be delivered in box to avoid further bending, creasing or other damage.
