Vintage puffer vest was made in Canada by brand Pedigree (Chadon Mfg). Black/silver colorblock design with full zip front closure and pockets at each hip with zipper closures. Fits chest size 40 , see below for garment measurements. Pre-owned vintage vest has a few small scuffs/marks to nylon fabric. Collar is pinned in place with western-themed pins (cowboy hat/saddle), pins can be removed but have left marks to the fabric. Measurements taken when garment is laid flat.
