Pebble & Stome Layered Tunic 3/4 sleeves Outer portion is stretchy Chiffon material is lined throughout body of top underneath outer layer & several inches peeks below outer portion Side slits in outer portion with chiffon side ties Would be great with leggings Purchased for myself but is a little too long for me as I’m pretty short at 5’1”! 😊 Pit to pit is approximately 21” unstretched Length is approximately 30” In great condition No flaws
