Pearly Gates white quilted/insulated golf pants size 2 or 28 inches winter sport

Pearly Gates white quilted/insulated golf pants size 2, approximately 28 inches at the waist. Cream colored stripe running down the side of each leg. The inside of pants are quilted and insulated, I did see a loose thread as pictured. Back pockets snap closed. I did see faint markings on the back pocket as pictured. Measurements in pics.
