Pearl pink with blue stripe sheer button down with tie front

Light pink blouse with blue stripes. Button down with a vintage look tie front, ever so slightly dips a bit in the back. Buttons on sleeves as well. Tiny black speck on the front (see photo) but not noticeable in my opinion.
