This is a fun strapless dress designed by Georgina Chapman of Marchesa. There is a rubbery strip around the bodice to help keep the dress up and has 2 hanger straps. The skirt is made of 3 layers to keep the skirt full and puffed out. The top fabric is a beautiful, embroidered, shimmery tulle that really gives the dress a fun dimension. Measurements- Bust: 32" Waist: 26" Length: 24" No rips, tears, or stains.
