Pearl and coral beads mala

Im not a gemologist so please make your best educated guess on the coral. I took a ton of photos on the striations that makes me think its natural coral. The other beads are glass and the pearls look like cultured pearls to me and grainy texture with the “teeth” test. There are signs of wear on the necklace like a bit of gold loss as shown. Vintage item imported from Spain. I’m unfamiliar with the designer. Gorgeous mala necklace with beautiful color pattern of coral and aqua blue 😍 this necklace is a total dream.
