Fabric offers a good amount of stretch, but measurements are in pictures and below for your review. Shirt is a size Small (34/36) which is a men's sizing, but my daughter wore it when she was a size Small and it fit like a regular sized t-shirt. In my opinion, it does not look like a men's Small size because I compared it to one of my son's old Small t-shirts and his were a little bigger than this shirt - would fit best a men's XS instead of S.
