@kellieb8898 I can't get the measurements at the moment because my mom is currently sending my posh orders for me. I'm 5'8, 34 hip, 26 waist, 34 bust. I don't think there is any heavy pilling. But if you zoom in close you can see the material has a lightly wore look. I would give the condition a 7 out of 10. Hope that helps!
