Paw Patrol Chase Flip and Fly Helicopter with 3 Projectiles and Figure

Paw Patrol Chase Flip and Fly Helicopter with 3 Projectiles and Figure. It is missing two black discs that go under the yellow blades. I'm not sure what those even did. The green projectiles get inserted into the front and when pressing the Paw Patrol emblem button it shoots out the front. Spring loaded. See pictures.
