Paul Van Ginkel Print "Winning Streak" 39/130 Horse Racing Signed 19" x 14"

This has not been professionally appraised. This is a beautiful horse-racing print titled "Winning Streak" by Paul Van Ginkel, numbered 39/130.  I believe his signature is on the left bottom in pencil. The subject matter is blurred purposely to capture the motion of the horse and rider racing by the camera.  Paul Van Ginkel is modern day artist specializing in Western themes and equine subjects. Pre-owned in very good condition.  The edges of the cardboard that the print is laying on are wrinkled, but the print itself is not affected.  There is a small tear in the plastic covering near the horse's eye, but there appears to be no damage to the print.  Dimensions: 19" x 14" Please review the listing description / pictures and ask any questions you may have prior to purchase.
