STUNNING, UNIQUE blouse! Can be worn alone or as a vest. It appears to be semi sheer- it’s thin/ lightweight 100% cotton. I think I see a couple of very small spots and a tiny amount of piling. It does have a band in the back to allow for a small amount of stretch, but not much. The rest of the item is not stretchy. It MAY run small- please refer to measurements to be on the safe side!!! On the front of the blouse you can see where some thread runs from one embroidered part to the next- these are not marks or flaws. The top button is intentionally different
