Paul Frank Y2K wrap skirt -Size Medium

Paul Frank 100% cotton wrap skirt from the turn of the century! Green with white polka dots and navy blue piping. Waist/Hip Measurement: 31” somewhat flexible as this is a true wrap skirt. Length: 20.5” There is one small blemish on this which easily blends in with the polka dots. It is shown in the photos.
