@tyland_ Hi! Yes it does. It shows in picture 4 but I can take a better picture if you’d like. It’s the same fabric as the jacket and not very bulky. Hope this helps!

@jangalik sure I will post a picture of it with the measuring tape. I would not say it is oversized, but I have worn mine over a light jacket.
