What are the measurements and what are the care instructions?

@cmm1017 looks like I removed the care instructions tag, but I typically washed it in cold water on a normal cycle and dried it on medium heat. Measures 36” shoulder to hem, 14.2” waist, and 17” opening at the hem laying flat.

What is it made of? Does it have a zipper or its stretchy?

@ellagitman unfortunately I cut off the care tag that has the fabric on it. Feels like cotton with some stretch to it. It does have a zipper that goes down the side.
