This dress is NWT and this is a nice, expensive brand! It was gifted to me and is so cute!! It is a 3X but in my opinion fits more like an XL or 1X. It was a little too tight for me but it’s gorgeous! It is not see through like it may seem…only the front bust area (pictured).
