Pattern cut out dress

Gorgeous cotton dress in blue and white pattern with cut outs at sides and open back silhouette. Ring detail in middle of cut outs. Elastic waist creates an easy fit. 100% Cotton. Worn only once to a wedding. Tea length - hits at or just above the ankle. 6th photo is me wearing it, I am 5’5.5” (with a long torso) for reference!
