Hello, can you please help me ? .see i am very tiny petite and short. I am tired of buying too big and spending so much at the tailor or never ending up wearing it.. if you can do me a big favor. Can you measure the ""waist and hips"" across laying flat unstretch . Also the full legnth including straps. Im ao sorry to bother you. I know its a hassel .but i really need to know. I am very serious about buying.. please help. Thanks
