This is a Patricia Nash leather satchel/top handle bag with a paisley pattern and gold hardware. The bag has a beautiful faux jewel catch fastener closure and a brown leather top handle. The interior is lined with velvet/suede gold fabric. The bag is size large, measuring 15 inches in width, 9 inches in height, and 4 inches in depth.
