geica Are these hand made? Do you to k they are a size 2 or 4?

sleepy_forrest @geica they have no label so I’m not sure if they were handmade or not. It is an elastic waistband so I think it can fit both those sizes. Laid flat the waist measures 11 inches and 19 inches when stretched Hope that helps 🙂
