jenwrad @jennyt8 put to pit us about 21" but the side panels have a lot of stretch. Pic added. Back from start of hood to hem is 24.5"

jenwrad @jennyt8 when zipped all the way up, the neck can go above the mouth. The material is very soft though so it also easily be adjusted to bag down like a cowl neck, if that makes sense.

jenwrad @jennyt8 I see no signs of wear. It was a gift for my daughter but she literally never wore it. No year on tags, but it think it was purchased about 3-4 years ago.
