Patagonia Orange Rain Jacket Kids Size 12 (?) Flaws

Kids' rain jacket from Patagonia. Size tag is missing but it is either a 12 or 14, most likely (please see measurements in photos). Jacket shows definite wear. Multiple places in the lining are peeling or cracking, including inside the hood and along the interior bottom hem. There are multiple stains on the sleeves and the front of the jacket (see photos). Signs of wear in the reflective bits on the front and back as well. Has adjustable sleeves, zipper front pockets, inside mesh pocket.
