This is a super cute Patagonia Baby Retro X-Jacket in size 3-6 months. I think they run a little big and likely would fit a 6-12 month baby better. For this reason, I messed up the sizing and my son never actually wore it, though I did unfortunately remove the tags. Smoke free home and it's never been washed or worn.
