Pastel Tie Dye- Mens Undershirt Or Women's Tank Dress/ Swim Cover Up

Vibrant tie-dye tank dress with purple, yellow, and green hues. Perfect for casual outings. It's hard to say what size this is as far as wearing it as a dress... it's a men's tank, size 3 or 4X. It fits like a large on top, but as far as length it's more like a small or medium as it is very short. I'm 5'3" with a large butt and it comes about mid- thigh in front and just under my butt in back. It makes a great bathing suit cover up! For a smaller frame or shorter person, it would be perfect. Another reason it's good as a swim cover up is that the top is very open on the sides so you need a sports bra, or something you don't mind showing off. It is super cute though and I got a lot of compliments on it. Of course it serves its original purpose as an undershirt very well also, I have worn it as that as well, although it was a bit too long and cumbersome for such a short person, I prefer to wear it as a dress. Unfortunately I got a drop of super glue on the front of it, pictured. I don't know if there's a way to remove it or not, but it's not noticeable when wearing.
