Breezy cotton dress in a pastel Impressionist Print c1950 styling with Kimono sleeves, interesting hip panel with 3 buttons on hip on left side. Bias cut full flared wrap skirt. A really lovely dress design. Soft and lightweight fabric, very cool, perfect for a hot summer day. Skirt crosses over in front and is slit on L side so a flash of leg could occur. An absolutely lovely dress that is beautifully designed. Zipper up the back. Mrs. Maisel would gladly have worn this dress. This dress was probably made in the 1970s but harkens to the 1950s with all of its design elements. I think 1970s as it has a nylon zipper up the back and the label is in 1970s style. It says Milanzo size 7 , 50% cotton, 50% Polyester. This is a lovely hot weather dress, casual, lightweight, cool and pretty. Size 7 on Label , has a 28" waist. , pit to pit 19" flat x 2 + 38" Bust. Length shoulder to hem 46" Fits about a size Small to Medium - go by the waist size on this one. Junior size 7 was about size 6 - 8 in contemporary sizing. Well made and in excellent condition. Has been professionally dry cleaned. No flaws to note. This is a gorgeous dress in a rare design - very feminine and flattering.
