Pastel Gothic lolita pastel rainbow skirt

Handmade, ordered off Ichigoblack on Etsy, never had a chance to wear it. :( I love it aesthetically, very cute, very magical girl feel. it's got two layers, one transparent with foily shiny stars and moon, the other layer more solid and I believe cotton? There's also the bows which are actual bows.
