Passport Mini White Cotton Skirt with Sequins

Cottagecore with a Y2K sequin spin. Mini skirt 100% cotton. Has a gathered waistband but is not elastic. Originally a size 16.5 because I believe this was originally a kid’s skirt. Fits a 5’6” plus sized adult just fine. Would recommend for a women’s size 16/18. Is double layered with a petticoat with the bottom lace attached underneath. Non functional drawstring. No noticeable flaws, there might be a few missing sequins but I honestly cannot tell. Pay attention to the mid waist measurement as there is a seam there that has no stretch. The rest of the skirt is flared/open hips.
